Do you take pups of any ages?

Yes, we take pups starting from 16 weeks and older. As long as they are healthy and up to date on their vaccinations we will host them.

Do you take unfixed pups?

Yes, as long as they don’t show any aggressive tendencies and they pass our meet and greet with one of our pup ambassadors.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can request cancel your booking until the day off. The non-refundable booking fee of $10 will not be refunded. You will not be charged anything extra if your pup doesn’t come into our care.

How do I pay?

We have an app that you will create a profile for your pup through and payment can be taken through there with a credit card. We also accept cash and Venmo.

What is the process to get my pup enrolled?

We would need to do a meet and greet and your pup will need to pass assessment with one of our pup ambassadors.

Will I get updates during my pups stay?

You will be sent an update Daily (except Saturdays) usually during the afternoon times where everyone is resting.

What do I need to bring for my pups stay (boarding)?

All you need to provide is your pup’s food. Unless your pup has a specialty feeder we provide everything else here.

How many pups do you take at a time?

We take up to 20 pups per day at this moment. We are looking to expand so that number will increase.

What vaccinations are required?

We require Distemper/Parvo/ Bordetella/ and Rabies. All must be up to date and not past due. Puppies MUST be finished with final round of shots including rabies. No exceptions.
